THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN ATP AND AN ATEThe difference between an ATP and an ATE

The Approved Training Provider (ATP) is an experienced training individual within an organisations who is qualified to deliver BRC training courses.

When several individuals from the same organisation apply to become part of the ATP scheme then it is the establishment which is approved to provide BRC training and these become known as Approved Training Establishments (ATE). An establishment can have between 5 - 10 Approved Training Providers.

ATP refers to an individual, while an ATE refers to an establishment.
