The BRC Academy Retail Managers’ Development Programme

Over the past few years, the BRC Academy has built an international reputation for the quality of its programmes to support the BRC Global Standards.  Now it is turning its focus to support the members of the BRC in the UK – the retailers.  A recent survey of the members reveals that over half believe that there is a real need for the provision of Store Manager training and in response to this, the BRC Academy is pleased to announce the launch of its Retail Managers’ Development Programme.

The BRC Academy Retail Managers’ Development Programme

This comprehensive programme has been designed to allow delegates to maximise their effectiveness by gaining an understanding of:
  • their organisational culture
  • their behavioural preferences

The programme is divided into three 3-day modules delivered over the period of a year.  There is a strong emphasis on experiential learning and behavioural change and each module contains exercises and simulations to reinforce these changes.
